My mom's hoard of antique sewing machines (some are from the 20s). If those don't count, then either my mom's Packard Bell Legend IV or my dad's Apple II clone. We also have several 5 1/2" floppies.

 

As for what I personally own, I bought some really old calculators at an estate sale about a year ago. One has the bubble display, and the other is an old Sears calculator that doesn't work even when I plug it in.

I keep my old nintendo 64 for nostalgic reasons, most of the time it old tech I don't use gets thrown in the bin or given to family/friends.

mmmh don't know if it qualifies as "tech" but some old interactive toy called "Merlin -The Electric Wizard".  Basically a Bopit like thing with six games, the box says it was made in 1979.

An HP 200LX. The processor in that thing was the first time Intel proved that x86 could be power efficient, and how efficient it was was terrifyingly awesome. 40 hours on 2 AA batteries.
