I'm assuming you mean gaming computer, not CPU. They don't really make 'gaming' CPUs.

Generally you only need one, but it really depends on what GPU you get.

I actually couldn't underclock my 5 year old GPU to make it as slow as a next-gen console.

yeah i meant pc im kind of tense sorry, so is 2 neccesary to play games like gta 5

It depends what GPU you're getting.

Yes that's good enough. You definitely don't need two of them, just one.
