Never said he wasn't stupid. I'm talking about general levels of complete and total incompetence. If you believe his PR department, everytime something with our government happens, he had no idea what was going on.

 

Also, and this is just a side note.... they did have something to do with 911. Although it wasn't the bush administration. (they might have known, but they didn't plan it or anything lol)
