This week EA Origin is pushing Titanfall once more, offering the full game for 48 hours to anyone who wants in. If you want to buy the game it's on sale through August 24th. The base game dropped to $19.99 (50% off) and the Season Pass for $17.49 (30% off).

I personally don't really like Titanfall, but i suppose it's good for those who enjoy games such as Titanfall. Not worth paying for IMO.

Have Titanfall. Hasn't been installed since the day I got it. Such a waste of money, even at half price.

I tried it last time they did the free time. Something is missing, even running around with the auto pistol was fun for a bit but after that the game just looked dull and felt dumb for an unknown reason.

Of which 35 GB is sound files to "improve performance". 

I doubt the bit of extra processing power it takes to uncompress compressed audio files makes up for these huge file sizes though...

 

And for the deal, I'll consider it when it drops to 10€ or less since it's really not worth 20 in my opinion.

 

Now that I checked the store, it still puts the language in godawful french because everyone who lives in Belgium must speak french and no other language apparently. Can't even change it to english for god sake.

Oh and is it me or can't you play the same game twice with origin game time? I once played titanfall when they did gametime for it and when I try to acquire the 2 days they give out for free now it doesn't do anything.

Downloaded the game, seems to be stuck when loading. And to think I was actually considering buying this game, EA is making that decision pretty easy for me now.

50 gb is audio!!! Still, I really love the game, though I'm not normally into FPS. It is repetitive, yes, but the titan vs. pilot shift is amazing. It means you play as a quick, painful pilot on the ground. Then you jump into a badass killing robot, lumbering around and squishing grunts.

Yesterday I spent quite a long time trying to play the free 48 hours, couldn't get it to work... I installed it twice, restarted the computer a couple times, every time it wouldn't work... yea, not buying broken software...

I like Titanfall, its a good game, its a good deal in my opinion
