if it's just a fresh install and it's looping then Windows broke. Try restoring from a restore point with a bootable Win8 medium, if that doesn't work then you'll have to reinstall Windows

I don't think I have restore points and the computer I moved into this new case didnt have the windows stuff I think.

If you don't have restore points (although it would be worth the effort to check) then you'll have to reinstall Windows.

Boot from a CD or USB with your OS on it and then uninstall the latest MS patch, its buggy

Now it says "The selected disk is of the GPT partition style." when I try to install win8 what do

first of all, take the damn stickers off of your monitor.
Second, see if it boots into safe mode.

since it doesnt boot into windows and it wont repair itself, you are going to have to re install.
