internet disconnecting

hey guys.

out of a blue i started having issues with need of resetting router to get wifi back as well as to pc through cable. once i reset its working again but then after a while i need to do it again because internet is gone. all leds are the same on either modem or router while having and not having internet.  any ideas what could be the issue?

It could be because of the recent solar storms that are happening honestly, how new/old is that router?

 

I had to restart my router yesterday aswell.
