Changed GPU, refresh rate problem.

AngelLV

Hi, I just got a new RTX 4060 TI and i wanted to connect my PC to a TV. The TV supports 4k 144 hz and 120 hz and I used to be able to connect my previous GPU (GTX 1070) to it at 4 k 120 hz. I used an HDMI 2.1 cable that goes in the GPU then into a Reagle 4k 144 hz switch which goes into my monitor and into my TV.

Previously, I had no problem. Now, using the switch I can only get 4k 60 hz on the TV (while forcing the tv to use hdmi 1.4 compatibility, otherwise, if it uses hdmi 2.0 or 2.1 it says no signal), but If i connect the GPU directly to the TV I have again 120 hz.

The switch says it supports 8k 60 fps, 4k 60/120/144 hz and so on, and it worked with the previous card.

Is it a software problem? Thank you.
