I use an electric shaver, never get cuts and always get a clean, close shave. Plus I don't have to replace it every week with a new one. Money well spent.

This, mine is rechargeable so doesn't even cost me batteries, I can also use it to trim my beard when I want it thick too

I recently started shaving a couple months ago.

If i slow down and take my time, I can get a clean shave with no cuts.

If I go at a speed other than very slow, I get 3-4 cuts on my face.

Thoughts on how to get clean fast shaves?

It is also really itchy after I shave, even after applying aftershave.

How do I get rid of this?

I use some random cheap razor and some random shaving cream from walgreens.

Thoughts/Recommendations

If you cut yourself,

get a new razor head.

It's as simple as that.

Dollar shave club is currently exclusive to the US,Canada and 'Straya

We europeans have to make do with Gillette,Bic or other store bought razors

I get a little irritation with my shave, but once I switch blades that goes away. I shave with a sink full of hot water. I only do my neck since I like to keep my beard trimmed nicely :)

If you get cuts, then the chances are you're pressing into your skin too hard. Don't force the hairs off - you might need to pull your face around if it has some angles where the blade can't reach.

To finish, you should rinse your face in lukewarm water, pat it dry with a clean towel and use a moisturiser on your skin, NOT aftershave. It will dry your skin up and make irritation worse.

Hope it helps :)

If you really want it gone quick and easy just wax that sucker off. Your face will be red for a bit though so just keep that in mind.

worst part is i get bad acne after it.

Yea, aftershave is an important step.  If it doesn't burn/sting like hell, it's not working.

probably going to get an electric shaver whe i stop spending money on auido and my pc. any links to a sorta cheap one that works well?

I've never used one that was worth a damn, but that really changes from person to person.

It would've been nice though. The razors for my Gillette are sold in pairs for 23$ a pack.

Im not really complaining however. Im getting a nice close shave and the blades last for quite a while
