Not owning a phone, at all, is pretty weird nowadays. I don't give a flying fuck about phones myself, the only thing I use my phone for is e-mailing, text messaging, calling and as an MP3-player, but I still own a cheap one. I think it was fairly obvious what I was getting at with my comment.

I don't have a phone either, I use my ipod touch to text with when I have wifi, all I need really.

 

I've built two rigs already as well, one with a custom loop + 2 780's + 3930k + 32gb of ram.

I just think its weird, that you can afford a high end PC, but not a smartphone which you can grab for 100 bucks. And then complain you dont have one and want one for free

yeah I agree its fair, you can still be a linus fan and supporter and not be a forum member, he CLEARLY has more subscribers than he does forum members, we are the minority (the cool minority)

Can me not use the term "salty"? Its immature and stupid. Its kind of silly how someone that saw "giveaway" in the title register on the forum to enter the giveaway then will never post again. People that actually contribute should have an advantage or minimum giveaway join requirements.

I like the term, but fair enough. The fact remains that you can't prove if those people just join for the giveaway or if they watch Linus regularly. Furthermore you would have to come up with a method of giving those who post regularly an advantage and you would make the evaluation process more complicated. I won't argue with you though, if you think it's somehow "unfair" that those people can join the giveaway then you seriously need to grow up. It's a giveaway, a chance to win free stuff. Join for the fun, congratulate the winner and be done with it.

agree if my phone broke tommrow it would be awhile since i would buy one since I dont use it much.

also I've got a work phone soooooo yeah
