If it's a non initialized drive, you will need to assign it a drive letter in disk management and initialize it.

if it wont show up in your "computer" it probably needs a drive letter.

^

For this, go to the start menu, right click computer, click manage.

Now click disk manager under storage on the left side.

The new one should have a black bar rather than blue at the top and it should say unallocated. Right click>New simple volume and  then follow the wizard thing

Nope, just turn off your PC before installation.

Actually not necessary but do it anyway.

I cannot be held responsible for any bad advice given.

I've no idea why the world is afraid of 3D-printed guns when clearly 3D-printed crossbows would be more practical for now.

My rig: The StealthRay. Plans for a newer, better version of its mufflers are already being made.

Ok so i dusted my PC and installed my drive, how do i check if its working besides hearing it?

Just look at all the drives in Windows Explorer. Or via the task manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc) if you have Windows 8 (I think the tab is called "Usage" or something).

Any unknown button should be pressed even number of times.
