I want a application like fraps (Hide cursor , set FPS etc )

And lets me record my desktop

The best IMO is "Mirillis Action!". Just try it and see for yourself. Almost everything else has a big performance hit... While that has very little.

Hm...tried it but it encodes while capturing right ? That would effect my gameplay ( Dont have a powerful PC)

OBS is worthless to record (not livestreaming, but recording) without Intel's QuickSync. I recommend PlayClaw instead.

I don't have a powerful PC either. I only have a Sandy Bridge i3 along with a shitty GT 440, and the impact is actually minimal, others affect the FPS by ~10

I've used OBS and fraps before, but I recently started using MSI Afterburner and I like more than the other two. I wasn't able to get great picture quality with OBS without my CPU freaking out during a game (used Mass Effect 3 to test) but MSI Afterburner worked better for some reason. There was a little bit of realtime lag, but not enough to bother me. The recorded video was perfectly fine!
