Okay so these are my two favorite videos from Techquickie and JayzTwoCents respectively: 

I really love this video because it gives so much information about how to go about buying a cpu in such a small amount of time.
It's just awesome honestly, it helped me realize that no matter what anybody says, the differences between intel and amd are negligible
and to try and go for something cost-effective rather than nice and fancy (and extremely expensive)!

This video right here was kind of the same theme, but for some reason Jay really brought it home. It's like before i watched this video i had
it in my head that no matter what anyone said, intel would be the "better" choice. But obviously that isnt true when you're paying
$50-100 more for 5fps more on an intel cpu. Thanks a ton Jay!

Because I find RAMs a subject i hear a lot of contradicting advice about how much i need. establishing that 8 is the benchmark for gaming was a huge help
