Maybe the one that Luke was going to use for his personal rig. IDk whatever happened to that project.

 

 

One guy that makes test benches on the forums @Spotswood I think is his name, he offered to essentially custom make me one but I really don't like the whole "railing" system they have going on.

 

(No offence I like your designs and ideas though, they look like they are very user friendly & versatile, I just want something more "finished" looking)

Thats cool. There isn't many other test benches without going for a caselabs something. Jay has one and it seems to look ok. But it depends on what you like the look of.

Also FINALLY got my tracking number from Dimastech, we'll see if they send me my test bench finally, 32 days after my order was placed..

 

 

My matrix has 1 day shipping so it may get here tomorrow, it's coming from California so it may be here tomorrow night.

Quick update:

 

 

The tracking number for my dimastech test bench works now.

 

It says it's coming tomorrow?  We'll see though..  If so, I'll be really happy.  I am still EXTREMELY disappointed they treated me how they did, and I most likely will never trust them as a company.

 

I really hope it does show up, because then I can close my PayPal dispute & actually put my PC back together, it looks terrible right now sitting on my desk the way it is lol..

Card has way more in it, I could get 1530|2200 to run for like 1.5 scenes, but TDP spikes up so high and it crashes, once I get bios fixed I should be able to do 1540|8900 or something probably!

Yes but I have a test bench with standoffs that don't have screws, you just press the board down and it locks in, then when you're done you just pull on a corner and it'll come off easily, there wouldn't be a point building a second system when it's so easy to swap stuff on / off

 

better off just selling the cases and spending it on other stuff like Ln2 pots :D

Why would you do that?

It was damaged and I just wanted to get rid of it. I thought I would get more than that though. I rode a bus for an hour to get there and they didn't tell me how much I was getting but even if I did, I'd be like, I took the time to get here, might as well get rid of it. I would have recycled or given it away if I hadn't.

 

It came with a system I bought to part out and the case came damaged. The seller refunded me $80 for the case so I got it for free anyway.
