Anyone know of good voice changer software?

I was watching a techtalk on Jayztwocents and he got a voice changer with his EVGA motherboard. 

 

It seems really easy to use, he can just push a button and change his voice to a creepy voice. 

 

Anyone know of software that does that?

ScreamingBee is a good one, comes iwth logitech headsets

Also, it automatically pushes through VOIP clients, so you can mess with your friends.

I used Clownfish a long time ago - but I'm really starting to hate it.

 

For now; I'm going to agree with AnnoyedShelf on this one, Voxel is really great.
