ArmA is not a bad Game?

so i love the arma games from the life, battle royal and wasteland game modes to co-op with friends or just playing in Heli's.
but after watching the wan show i want to know do you like ArmA and if so what one's do and why? and if not what put you off?

I dislike it because I'm too lazy to make a fun level and the game runs worse than Crysis on the Wii.

best game ever in terms of mod comunity, but the way the game is is outdated, poorly optimized, etc. its the only one of its kind ive you exclude the military version VBS, so there is no choice to be made for realism gaming.

I love Arma 3. There are tons of really fun co-op missions you can download and play. I play them with my brother and dad. Awesome game.

oh god arma... It's so laggy and I couldn't even get the campaign to work well...

arma 3 is awesome, ive seen tons of reviews where it performs exactly the same as crysis 3 reviewed by the same site, how many people say crysis3 sucks?
arma 2 was badly coded sure but arma 3 is demanding because it looks SOOOO good, unfortunately its so complex and im so lazy i CBA to go into learning all the controls

I think its a cool premise but Im not a huge fan. 

 

Reason I don't like; 

 

1. really difficult AI

 

2. I find driving sucks, because of a combo of bad turning and speeds that just don't seem real like 100km/h+ just doesn't feel like 100km/h+

 

3. Game browsers and menu are poorly laid out 

 

4. this is with arma 3 though only. I can't get over 35fps on  low settings at 1440p with my rig, like c'mon who optimised this (no one) 

 

Reason I like the games 

 

1. Good community of players, not like COD or BF4 

 

2. More realistic shooting and more realism added 

 

3. a whole load of different and unique gamemodes.

I know but i was just wondering about people's take on arma as a whole like i think the action system in game is soooooooooooooo bad dyslexi puts it well

Wasteland is amazing.

Arma is good fun with ACE mod and DDAM(for national pride purposes)
