Nope, everything looks fine. You may want a case and operating system though.

Either get an h87 board or a k version of the cpu. If you have any intention to SLI in the future, then go with z87 and a 4670k/4690k as h87 doesn't support SLI.

generally no, but you don't need that expensive ram or if you're getting a z87 mobo you may as well opt in to get a 4670k :)
