if you live in canada you don't even need a cpu cooler. 

plus nobody lives in canada except linusmediagroup and hippies

If you break an A50 from Amazon they will probably replace it for you with an H50 or something, which you could then put with an HG10.

You never asked for warranty or 100% feedback, you said it isn't available on eBay, so I found you a link with 99.6% feedback. You said it was Canadian so I found you a US link with 99.2% feedback. What more do you want? Just admit that I proved you wrong and edit your post. Also here's one that has 100% feedback:
