What is the best CPU water cooler available? I have mainly been looking at the Corsair Hydro H100i.

A custom loop. None of these prebought things will ever outperform a loop you build yourself.

The Corsair H100i is a great AIO cooler.

Loop is the best

Custom is the best, but for an AIO the Cooler Master Glacier 240L is pretty damn good.
