We need one of these. I rate mine. er...pass.

Actually, rating should be graded upon all three criteria: Ping, Upload and Download.

Fractal Design R2 Define, Core i5-4670k@3.40Ghz, 16gb Corsair Vengeance Ram

Zotac GTX 780 OC, BenQ XL2410T 1920x1080 120hz, LG 29EA73-P 29 Ultra wide

Crucial M4 250gb SSD, 2x3tb Western Digital Caviar Black partitioned into 1.36tb each, Razer Black Widow 2013 edition, Razer Deathadder, Logitech G13.

I'd give you a 30/100.

Paying for 25 down, 5 up. Sadly, this is the fastest my upload has ever been.

I really wish that we'd just make organic hardware already, that grows and adapts to the demands it needs to meet. That way, grannies' computers can be floppy sacks of organicness and the 12 year old Minecrafters will look like the guys that only do bicep curls, and the nerdy programmers will finally have justice, with their body-builder rigs that skipped leg day.

I live with grandparents that don't even really know what the internet is. I am quite surprised by the speeds they are paying for. Tokyo is definitely more than 50 miles away too.

Right? They bought like a brand new AIO with an i7 last year. They don't know anything when it comes to computers. They only use it to browse the internet.

I should be studying.

Too slow for my liking. I like the ability to buy a game and have it ready to play within 30 mins or I get bored and forget I've bought it.

Here's mine, not fantastic:

I use to use something around that speed when all my games were on discs

My speed is in MB/s.  I pay $44.95 a month. Speed per dollar is reasonable and I don't have much complaint about my ISP.  I don't like the 250GB Data Cap though.

Paying for 25 down, 5 up. Sadly, this is the fastest my upload has ever been.

Sounds like my story with Rogers. Pay for 25/2. I get 9/1.2 -_-
