Build Log: Seven Sexy Tee

Lavin

Hello everyone! I'm back again and with a completely new setup! Linus and Slick mentioned me last time on my Enthoo Primo build and I was absolutely ecstatic! Now, I'm back for more but with a completely different twist.

So I'd like to get into the pictures first but let me explain my reasoning behind this build. For one, you'll notice that the PCI-E are completely curved up front, they're actually custom extensions I made just for that reason. I then made regular PCI-E cables to a custom length so I don't get any slack at all. In fact, all of the cables I have don't have any slack and are all custom length. You'll then be greeted with fully sleeved fan cables and even the H105 is sleeved! A whole bunch of sleeving on every visible wire as I am tired of the unsleeved cable look. I wanted to go all out this time. I've even cut and sleeved the 760T's fan controller cables that power the front LED AF140s. This entire project took about 4-5 days of work. Since I prepped everything for sleeving, the entire build process actually took only 3-4 hours. I was completely surprised as typical build processes from my past projects have taken 2-3 days. Being prepared definitely helps and having a plan only saves you time in the end.

I absolutely love this case. Not only is it feature packed, it's aesthetically pleasing with its full sized window "door" and enough room to pack away tons of gear. All of this, while being relatively quiet and keeping my 780 Ti Classies cooler than ever. I appreciate the built in fan controller as I do not like to use any ODD Bay Fan controller or even fan hubs.

Hm... if I'm missing anything else, please ask away and I'll be sure to answer!

B-E-A-UTIFUL. Do you have like everlasting monies or something.

Haha, no actually! I just work on my sleeving business which helps fund my upgrade habits while not affecting my day job's income. :)

Magically, you were the only build that was unnoticed by me.

I think I have a problem.

Whoa, that's weird! Hope it gets sorted out, but seeing as you're replying, maybe so? :)

Oh yeah, here's a previous version of most of these components. http://imgur.com/a/5NswB

This is before I got the 760T and only had Corsair Sleeved Cables installed.

Nice, like a tuxedo.

Though the power supply stickers always sticks out like a sore thumb because everything else is so clean.
