100 off regular price seems like a good deal however it is used and from some random dude that might disappear, for all you know it might already be shorted/burnt or really unstable. If you're willing to make that gamble, it's an unbeatable price for a really nice card and I can vouch that EVGA is among the best manufacturers imho.

You might be able to sell it for 280-300 I think though I'm not sure.

If the card is dead and not physically damaged, you can RMA it with EVGA. You don't need to be the original owner to RMA cards with them.

 

if the card had a bad bios flash or something though, they won't warranty that, so make sure the guy shows you it works.
