Turning PC off \ putting to Sleep \ Keeping on

I've ran my computer 24/7 for the longest time and have had no issue. I do it purely because I'm lazy and don't want to start up my computer every morning (Yes I have an SSD, but it takes my RAID card a minute to boot up properly).

As long as your build is stable and the fans on your crucial components (E.g. video card and CPU cooler) aren't dying/dead, then you'll be fine.

Will it help anything if I restart my computer once a day? Or will it do nothing?

It's one of those classic IT scenarios where if it isn't working optimally, turn it off and turn it back on to see if the situation gets better. With the recent Windows operating systems, your PC won't get bogged down by just simply running, so a restart is quite unnecessary unless something is acting up.

10 american dollars? nice.

pretty much what the last guy said. a daily restart will most likely only increase your down time
