Hey guys i wanted to no what is the best pc i can build around $3000 or maybe even a little more i know thats a lot of money for a computer but that is how much i want to spend. I want it to be future proofed and play 4k games and overall a super boss computer. Some parts that i have are corsair 900d case, corsair dominator platinum  ram , i7 4930k 2011 socket ivy bridge, asus rampage 4 black edition mobo tell me if there are better parts than those please list all the parts to make the best $3000 pc possible the pc could cost a little more. What do you mean? "Best of the best" could mean:

Silent

Powerful

Low Temperature

Full of Bling

Efficient

 

But if you're going for all-out best performance, the GPUs are going to cost you $4000 already.
