How did I do?

This is pretty much the first video that I have done that is really all that good. So, how did I do? Should I cut out parts? Leave all of it in? Speed up parts? Please give me some feedback.

The video is in 4:3, yet doesn't even fill my 4:3 work monitor so that needs fixing

 

Cannot comment on audio as I cannot hear it until I get home from work in 2 hours

 

edit: is there a commentary? or just gameplay?

Dont show all of class, Or setting. Try adding in voice overs because videos a pretty dull without it. Other then that good job. One last thing can we figure out how to get rid of those black bars.(I dont know how to either.)

Shorten gameplay bit, not in 16:9, no talking, seemingly low quality even at max res

 

A golden rule also is only put footage of you winning on the internet. People don't want to see other people loosing.

I'm not much of a talker. I uploaded this to try and give people and idea of how powerful (red: weak) this APU is.

The settings was meant to show what I was running at, trying to show the power (read: weakness) of this APU.

That was my second day of playing the game. I'm better now, since Campaign helped a lot.

ok..but really...u have to take cover sometimes or u will be getting shot in a minute like u did...

My one most important thing to do would be to decide what you're making a video about. I've personally realised that if you're going to make a video, you need to have a clear objective. 

 

You said that you wanted to make a video showing how bad the APU is. Well, get some FPS software, run some benchmarks and give people some clear cut numbers to work with. As long as the FPS stays above 30, it'll look butter-smooth to anyone watching on YouTube. So, say to yourself; "I'm going to make a video showing how good this APU is." then make sure you achieve that. Stats, numbers, performance, results.

 

If you're going to make a video for fun, try editing it shorter so it's much more sweet and simple, rather than an extended video with notable pauses and lapses in the action. You might want to include commentary of some sort in this case also, whether it be a voiceover or some on screen subtitle style text. (I know people are going to hate me, but PewDiePie actually does a good job of this in some of his montage videos)

 

Apart from that, it's good to at least be doing something, so keep making videos if you find it fun.
