Hit up the Neogaf forum. They had Destiny leaked gameplay yesterday. Down now, but Neogaf is where video games news hits long before IGN decides what articles they are going to run. Several insiders there, often many leaks. 

 

Destiny looked awful to me btw. I am sure you can find the leaked gameplay somewhere atm. It looks like a Halo campaign became a small MMO with XP grinding and less quality (happens to all MMO's).

 

Mortal Kombat X is coming to PC, FIFA will have the new engine on PC, NBA 2k 15 (I hope has the new engine on PC), Forza looks awful imo. All the other console exclusives are 1-2 years away. Project Beast and uncharted is about the only exclusive I would want and emulators may be out by then...

 

Square Enix has two new Tomb Raider IP's (hope they are coming to PC, because that game was awesome).

Yup. I don't get it. Why wouldn't they have been working on these games for years. The systems are x86, you would think they would have a Uncharted and Halo ready to go. at least the Christmas after release. 

 

What do they have this Christmas? Multiplats that are better on the PC and or games that are on last gen.

There is the lineup. All games out in 2015 that would actually sell systems. Halo is holiday 2015? Hell this system might be doing so badly by then, that we get the release on Windows 9. I am actually hoping it happens. If they made Xbox also a stream box for the PC, and gave us higher resolution titles of the same games? That might get me to buy one.  

 

 I will be surprised if they have more than a CGI trailer for Halo5/Uncharted.

 

The PS4 lists a computer exlcusive (loadout) as an exclusive and Plants Vs Zombies, which makes that just another multi plat and a game we are getting on PC soon. So basically both consoles have a racing game which looks worse then Project Cars which will be on every system out there, MS has their own infamous type game that is an unproven franchise...and that is about it.

 

The only game I see that could push sales this year is Destiny and it is on last gen systems where it will sell way more. Meanwhile PC is just killing it and has exclusives like Diablo expansion, Dark Souls 2, MXGP, Star Citizen, Wild Star, WoW expansion, Blizzard MOBA, Hearthstone,  many of these games that will be an exclusive like Planetside 2 or were an exclusive, like Titanfall, Plants Vs Zombies. Fifa will have the new game engine.

 

I have to laugh at "pc has no games". ATM PC has way more games and that excludes the back catalogue. I saw Mortal Kombat was coming to PC I was like wtf? We get that to?

XboxOne is actually doing extremely well.

It doesn't sell as good as the Ps4 but it's selling better than the Xbox360 was.

All in all gaming in general is growing in extreme rates not matter console or PC.

People though mobile games will make the AAA market smaller but it's more the opposite people start playing games on phones and transition from that to console/PC.

Reaper of Souls is only exclusive for another 2 months. It's being released for consoles on August 9th.

WoW is and always will be exclusive, but who plays WoW anymore (a lot of people, I know... but the game isn't really all that relevant anymore... nobody is saying "dude you need to buy a PC, it can play WoW!"). Also, I've heard mixed reports from people about Heroes of the Storm. Some think it's great, others call it Dota 2 Lite and say it sucks. 

 

Hearthstone is a multi-plat game, considering it's also available for iOS, though I've heard nothing but great things about that particular game. Maybe because it's free? I don't know, I don't particularly care for card games. It's currently just wasting space on my hard drive, never getting played.

 

The argument that "PC has no games" is pretty absurd, I agree. There is a problem with developers making games "console first" though. We've all seen it. Look at the terrible original Dark Souls support on PC.

 

One game I'm going to be keeping my eye on though... The Division. That game looks fantastic for something being made with the PS4 in mind first and foremost. I'm very interested in seeing if they can pull off the actual level of detail they've shown in the original gameplay videos, and how well they can make it translate to PC. Then again, it's still being made by Ubisoft and look at Watch Dogs...

 

As for racers? Literally, the only game that I have played on an Xbox One thus far (my sister has one), is Forza 5. Personally, I thought it was great. It controlled well, it looked gorgeous, and I had a swell time playing it. There is no racing game that will sway my opinion toward any platform though.

 

As I said... I'm reserving judgement on Destiny. I honestly haven't been all that impressed (it just scream Borderlands to me). But I'll wait until I actually get my hands on it before deciding whether or not I'll cancel my pre-order. I wasn't really interested in Battlefield 3 until I played the beta, either... then I logged 600 hours in that stupid game.

Yeah Division. I was so excited by the reveal, and after Watch Dogs...

 

I am with you though. I HOPE it is great .

 

Watch Dogs is just as bad on the consoles though. It just seems lots of it was outsourced. Dark Souls 2 on the PC was fantastic I thought. You really have to give those guys credit. What is that their second PC port ever and they do a better job then Ubisoft? I see people complaining about the Dark Souls 2 port and I don't get it. I played first character with a x360 controller and second with a keyboard and mouse, and the menu could have been better, but I just reassigned everything on my G500 mouse. Game ran like a dream, downsampled with Gedosato and looking beautiful. 

 

 I wish these devs would spend less money marketing and more on games. Then again? Watch Dogs sold 4 million in one week. Until gamers demand more with their wallets? I don't see it changing any time soon. Witcher 3 is the only game I felt completely safe pre ordering. I wish more devs were like CD Projekt Red, whom will delay a game a LONG time and seems to spend a lot less on marketing and just making the best game they can.

Did catch the last half hour though, and besides COD(let that series die already) I do like what I've seen so far. 

Sunset Overdrive really caught my attention, hope it doesn't get repetitive though... 

 

If anything I'll just be happy to play Halo 2 online again as long as it was left alone!

I'm not really familiar with the Tom Clancy games, I've only played Splinter cell on the Ps1 & ps2 a long time ago. But I've just seen the announcement on E3 and damn It looked GREAT an got me exciting for it. I will definitely pick this game up when it comes out.
