counter rotating case fans

I find myself wondering why no company makes a case and or radiator fan that is reversible to allow for counter rotating push pull setups. Would allow for higher airflow with less noise I would think

Ketchup is better than mustard.

GUI is better than Command Line Interface.

Dubs are better than subs
