Oh yea, I would totally do this, its like so cheap to own one of these in my country, yea so worth it sacrasm

I wouldn't do it, because here in the UK I don't think I've had a black out ever and I've been around 18 years. I just thought it was quite interesting if if you're in a country that does have black outs often.

a good car battery would set me back around 120$.. I am fairly sure i'd be able to pick up a fantastic and well designed extended battery or power bank for that. Maybe even several.

Edit: 5 50.000mAh power banks is apparantly well within budget. And i could still afford a nice dinner

I allways must laught, when I see people in country's where they have that bad Power delivery...

I live in Germany, and the last time power went off in my City was years ago. A friend of mine runs a Server without a UPS, it has an uptime over 2 years now.
