Does the tp-link EX141 router have any settings that, when enabled or disabled, reduce device heating and power consumption?

It is a maximum 12W device. It isn't going to create that much heat or use power worth worrying about.

Is there a setting in Windows 10 or a program that turns off or puts a TP-Link EX141 router into very low power consumption and heating at a time scheduled by me to automatically turn it on and off? For example: it turns off at 11:30 and turns on at 6:00.

How much lower do you want it to go? When it isn't routing traffic, it is likely using less than 10 watts. LIke I said, it maxes out as 12 watts, so depending on your electricity cost, that is $30 per year if it ran maxed out 24/7 (assuming 30 cents per kWh)

Daily: Does turning off only the Wi-Fi function but keeping the router on at night reduce power consumption and heat?

TP-Link routers have a clear plastic sticker on the antennas. If you don't remove this sticker, it causes the antennas to heat up and impair signal performance. ex. EX141 model

its necessary remove stickers?

Is that what the manual says?

It's a clear plastic wrap. You can remove it.

If I don't remove this transparent plastic sticker, will the router and antennas have heating and dissipation problems?

Why do you worry about stuff like this? Take it off, leave it on. It doesn't matter what we say. Every time someone gives you advice, you don't take it anyway.
