IS THIS DEAD THREAD?

Sorry, I left the DB alone for some time, outside causes but everything should be fine now

Also, I have been thinking about a revision for the DB, mayor change for the may stress tests are reported as well as some more actualized data.

But, tell me people, what do you like and not like about the database, what would you add to it, what would you remove if you could??

Ohh, can't wait to get my 7850 from XFX. RMA'd my old 6870 and got a 7850 in return. :D I'll be overclocking it for sure, hoping to get better then GTX580 perf.. This also seems like a great time to re-vamp my CPU overclock as well. :)

I am whatever I am.

I'm running a EVGA 780 TI Reference, I haven't had it long but as of right now, I'm running a stable 1125Mhz base core clock, with 1202Mhz boost clock @ 1.1750mV
with a base memory clock of 1920 and a small boost of 1923. Running at a cool max temp of 73C :D

I am having issues inserting clips, it just asks for a URL. Can someone tell the noob here how we just insert a pic?

Intel 4670k, MSI Z97 Krait Edition, 2 x 4 Gbs G-Skill Trident X 2400 Mhz, CPU full W/C loop, Sapphire R9 290-flash to a 290x, Samsung 840Pro 128 Gb SSD, Seagate 1 Tb Hdd, Seasonic SS660x2 Platinum PSU, NZXT 2m white sleeved LED strip. 9 Fans all Corsair SP or AF except 1 80mm high speed for NB/VRM cooling. Corsair 750 full tower case.

The GPU on my HD7870 can't be pushed beyond 1100MHz :(

Which one do you have? I get 1280, I only use it to bench but it get's there.

from your own computer?

go to more reply options and below the box you'll see "Attach files" just select your file from your computer and voila!

if it's from the internet, just copy the link and look for a button named "Image" in for format section above the writing box (should be below the "size" option) and paste the link

Hope i was helpful

A higher ASIC quality means that you can do a lot more on stock voltages/cooling and it will be worse for water etc.

Example:

- 780 @ 60% asic 1200MHz@1.2V (name this A

- 780 @ 90% asic 1320MHz@1.2V (name this B

With water:

- A does 1550MHz@1.45V

- B does 1500MHz@1.5V

My 780DC2OC 15747: http://www.3dmark.com/3dm11/7852981

GPU throttles down from 1300MHz@1.2V to 1254MHz@1.15V with fans at 100% and the ram is at 7.0GHz. Skynets modded bios fixes this undervolting/clocking thing but causes my system to just reboot, seems like the VRM can't handle this. Basically you've been lucky on getting high asic quality cards but the VRM doesnt pull it while theyre advertizing their vrm like crazy, typical Asus joke.
