  1. Update to this. Tried out auslogics, seems pretty nice. Will try it out for a while. Thanks for the replies!
  2. Looking for suggestion of best disk defraggers to use. I mean, i know they're all basically the same. What i'm really asking is if there is any advantage to using a third party one vs the default windows. If so, are there any better options other than JKdefrag that don't have paid versions and are basically bloatware(looking at you Piriform)? Thanks.
  3. TL;DR Any better alternatives to HUE+ RGB lighting? I need a new a lighting system for my case. I've had the NZXT HUE+ for a couple years now, but im sick of having to replace *something* every few months. Ive replaced every part of the system at least once; controller, multiple cables and 2 full sets of led strips. Right now im dealing with a strip inversing whatever color you asign the LEDs. For example, if you turn them red the strip will glow green. If you make them blue, the strip will glow orange(essentially a color wheel effect). While I like the fact each LED is indivi
  4. My EVGA 108ti ftw3 almost refuses to go past 2050mhz core, and doesn't more thatn +25 to the memory. I thought it was bad luck in the Lottery but perhaps they're a little more limited from the start?
  5. Oh. That's cool i guess. Why not talk about it in cases too?
  6. http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/fractal-design-define-r6-tempered-glass-edition-case,5399.html I am actually pretty excited about this case. They seemed to have addressed everything that was off-putting (to me, anyways) about the R5. Has a lot of options and space for water cooling too, as long as you don't use internal HDDs. Is anybody planning picking this up when it hits stores/e-tailers?
  7. A suggestion for future form revisions: Add a column for case. Cooling capacity is arguably the most important factor when OCing. The ability to intake and exhaust air can drastically affect CPU temps and may inhibbit maximum overclocks even when using the same hardware as someone else.
  8. Is this database dead? There's nothing current on there for nvidia (and probably AMD, don't really know whats their current anymore). Or maybe overclocking has changed and there isn't really a point for nvidia gpus?
  9. It only shows you what your computer is puling from the wall at the given time, not really what it needs. There are PSU calculators you can use that will do that for you. https://outervision.com/power-supply-calculator
  10. Suuuuure it's not your mac But yes, you should be fine doing that. As @DatTestBench said, it may not provide enough power for fast charging though.
  11. Yes, that is correct. The case comes with 2 fans; 1 in the top one in rear. However they're not very good, so if you have a particular fan you want to use instead then yes; you will need to buy exhaust fans. Top can be either a 140 or a 120. Edit: Oh, also, you can only fit one 140mm fan in that case with the cooler you have. You have two corsair 140mm fans in that list, can remove one.
