$500,000 UHDTV

BundD

Panasonic's TH-152UX1 is a 4K plasma 3D UHDTV retailing for around $500,000.

It's 152 inch's! Consumes 3700W! Weights about 1,270 lbs!

Not sure why they went with plasma and not projection technology for such a huge display.

Wouldn't the pixel density be absolutely horrible, even if it's 4K?

Most likely still have higher pixel density than a 80 inch 1080p TV

Calculated it: the 152" 4K tv has a pixel density of 28.99 PPI. So it's pretty bad. The 80" Full HD is slightly worse with 27.54 PPI.

Yeah, but you'll be sitting on the other side of your house.... This makes Samsung's TV they released at CES look small...

See that wall ? 300inch flat screen, they only sell them in Japan but I know a guy. They ship it over in a tugboat like freaking Kink Kong.

It hurts my eyes.

Yea that doesn't go away.
