I went to pcpartpicker.com and all i got was a "domain not found" from my ISP... What's us with that?

Works for me (PHP isn't working properly server side), tho personally I don't care for PCPartPicker. It's a decent place for newbies to collaborate on building a machine. Tho personally I don't think saving $10 justifies ordering from 7 different businesses. I'd pay $10 extra for it all to come the same exact day in the same exact box from a trusted source.
