Keyboard is in Mac mode?

Hey everyone!

 

I keep running in to a problem that my L Alt key opens my windows start menu instead of my Windows key opening the start menu.

 

Is there anyone familiar with the problem or has any takes on how to fix it?

 

I'm looking forward to your replies.

Yes it is, my keyboard is the K86RGB. And it can be programmed and customized through the Attack Shark driver. But I can't figure out how to appoint the keys. And resetting to factory also didn't help.

if it's not resolved with factory settings, try the previously commented Windows fixes then
