Monitor shuts off and cant turn it back on but PC is still running

I was on my computer just watching youtube when my main monitor just turned off and youtube just went to my second monitor. PC is still on right now I am just using my second monitor. I don't think its a GPU issue because my second monitor is also plugged into the GPU. Its an OMNI monitor and my GPU is a 4060ti.

You’ve already done the basics like fully power it down and back on (unplug from the wall), try different cables and different inputs as well as different sources other than you PC? What about the output on your PC that’s currently connected to the second monitor? 
 

Lots of things to do that can quickly narrow down where the problem is.

Yeah I found and fixed the issue thanks for you input, it was the power cable.
