I recommend swapping out the CPU for a 7800X3D, changing the motherboard accordingly, and getting a RAM kit with Expo. Nothing about your use case calls for heavy use of all cores.

240mm liquid coolers are more likely to mitigate shipping damage during transit but have a debatable cooling advantage, so unless you plan on transporting the PC often, getting a dual tower heatsink would be a better use of money.

While the 990 Pro is "The Fastest SSD," there is no real reason to invest that much when it can be used to improve the GPU.

Finally, take the savings from the parts changes and devote it all to the GPU. You may want to avoid Asus because their support is currently terrible.

Look pretty decent to me, are there any specific websites your buying of or no? Does the budget include peripherals?

The list you said is this, comes to 2396 euros. So if you want to spend more you can add a better GPU maybe. Only change I did was instead of 4070 I put 4070 super, there's about a 40 euro difference.

This is the list I would go with, the 7800x3d is only 3% worse that i7 14700k at 1440p gaming, there really is no point for get that one. The 7900 XTX is much better than the 4070 Super and it has 24gb of Vram, that will help with modern games. Since the 7800x3d runs cooler than the I7 you can get a cheaper air cooler than still will keep the CPU very cool. I would go with a 980 Pro over a 990 Pro because personally I doubt you will notice the different, not 100% sure there so don't quote me on that. With this build you could also probably get away with using a 750w PSU too.

My First PC
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600x
Cooler: Asus TUF Gaming LC240
Motherboard: Asus ROG Strix B550-f gaming
RAM: 4x8 GB Corsair Vengeance RS (3200 MHz, CL16)
Storage: 1tb Samsung 980 Pro
Graphics Card: Asus Dual RTX 2060 OC
Case: Deepcool Matrexx 50
Power Supply: Corsair RM650x
Headset: Razer Blackshark V2
Keyboard: Corsair K70 Pro Mini (Speed Silver switches)
Mouse: Razer Viper Mini
Only changes I have made is I sold the 2060 for $235 AUD and bought a Powercolor Red Devil 6700 XT for $400 second hand (it was barely used, think I scored a deal on Ebay with that).
I'm learning video editing and trying to get some cash as a high school student.
I like F1, my favourite team is Scuderia Ferrari and favourite driver is Charles Leclerc. Favourite track is Red Bull Ring in Austria.
Playing with a 1080p 60hz monitor right now, hoping to upgrade to a 1440p 144hz one soon.

Living in AU and that pisses me off since every event is late at night or early in the morning (almost every F1 race starts around 11 PM AEST time)

Saving the 52 while downgrading to a 4070 Ti confuses me. Is it for the lower power draw?

I have no idea what you're talking about. The OP has a RTX 4070 in his build. Last time I checked: RTX 4070 Ti Super 16GB > RTX 4070 Super 12GB.

Why did you quote me

I was trying to show @Why_Me why the 4070 TI was a downgrade and was trying to ask why they would choose that over a 7900XTX for that little of a price gap. I definitely oversimplified my response more so than the Firefox logo. My Bad.

The store i want to use only carries intel cpu's and i don't feel comfortable assembling it myself so thats why i want to buy from a store that also does assembly.

MSI GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER 16G VENTUS 2X OC

Would this be a better option gpu wise then?

How does the store assembly policy work? Can you bring parts in, or is it strictly in-house?
