Tablet discord and usb microphone?

Trying hard to get my blue snowball to work on my tablet's discord for calls but the closest I can get is being able you use it but all sound goes mute, acting like the usb device is a headset instead of just a microphone. Any workaround for this if anyone knows?

I know on PC there is a setting to manually select you input (mic) and output (speakers). Check the "voice and video" tab in settings. Also check to see if you yourself is not deafened.

It does no really have an input setting besides "voice activate" and "push-to-talk". And when I use my microphone, it DOES connect but when it does everything goes quiet until I select output speakers, in which everything just goes back to using onboard. No longer using the mic. I'll send screenshots later on, sorry for delay in that

Do I need a SPECIAL kind of usb A to C adapter? I kept reading about C to OTG or something they were saying instead of just C to A type usb.
