well, if you play fortnite, you should get an nvidia gpu, since they work better with the game. maybe a 4070 ti or a 4070 ti super. A 4070 ti should be better for your budget. and it is way better than a 7900 gre. you can also just get a 4070, since it has similar performance to the 7900 gre and is around the same price.

Im building a PC but I am not exactly sure which one to get I want. I have been looking at the 7800xt and the 7900gre. I am trying to find a good white one but If someone finds something good that is black I am open to suggestions. Also if anyone anyone can add a pc part picker list on that would be greatly appreciated.

The 7900 gre gets slightly more performance. However, the 4070 ti super gets more performance than the 7900 gre. However, it is a lot more expensive. You can fit it into your budget if you get a 7500f for your CPU, since it is comparable to the 7600x and is only $130. If you really want a 7800xt, then here's a good link. All gpus linked are white.

I know this is different too but do you have any suggestions for a monitor around 200$ (I care more about FPS than graphics)

Well, what is your budget. if you can, get the 4070 ti. Here is a good link. However, if you can't afford it, since its 830 USD, then get this 4070. You can also get a 4070 Super, since it is like the halfway mark between a 4070 and a 4070 ti. Of course, the choice is up to you. Take a look.

So series wise the 4070 is the best for my intentions?

I was looking and for lower graphics(I want high FPS for competitive) it said that the 7900 gre is better unless it is 4k or ray tracing

since I want pure FPS do you think that an RTX Gpu would be better?

Well, for pure performance, The 7900 gre will get better fps, but nvidia cards are better suited for fortnite. However, the 7900gre still gets more performance. Honestly, I guess you'd be better of with a 7900 gre, since it does get a bit more fps. However, If you are spending so much on a GPU, not utilizing all the features, like tsa epic, ray tracing, and a higher resolution, feels kinda pointless. also, after 120, you really cant tell the difference in fps from like 300fps and 200fps, let alone the difference between 257 and 267 fps. Well, if you just want pure performance, which you do, then the 7900 gre is your best bet.

Is the $200 monitor included in the $1500?

I can shimmy the parts around some to make room

TYSM (is this an improved parts list?) Also the monitor can make add up to a bit over but if you could get an extra $50 that would be great because I'm getting this for my birthday and Im paying for more than half.

Yeah

the 7800X3D is the best gaming cpu on the market currently

Best price to performance and best performing cooler

Quite a good motherboard

RAM thats bang on the sweet spot for AM5 in terms of speed and latency

Decent NVMe

Best GPU you can probably get in and around that price range

Good airflow case with included fans

good tier PSU with wattage headroom above what you need

Ill see if i can knock a few more quid off it, do you have any aesthetic preferences RGB RAM/Cooler etc or all black/white (white is more expensive though) or just purely price-performance
