Also i'm trying to get something that runs high fps in fortnite because I play competitively so i don't really care about ray tracing if that helps.

well, if you play fortnite, you should get an nvidia gpu, since they work better with the game. maybe a 4070 ti or a 4070 ti super. A 4070 ti should be better for your budget. and it is way better than a 7900 gre. you can also just get a 4070, since it has similar performance to the 7900 gre and is around the same price.

I probably will also start playing helldivers or some RPG games bc right now i can barely run fortnite at 60 fps and that's one of the few games I can play

Yea they are safe. However, most of them are used. They should still work though.

Well, for gaming, windows 10 gets more fps (like, 10) than windows 11. However, windows 10 will die out soon, and people will be forced to get windows 11, so just get windows 11. not a huge difference. i wouldn't get pro though if all you gonna be doing is games.

@filpoIs this a better version and yes I live very close to a micro center

If you do then get this bundle https://www.microcenter.com/product/5006645/amd-ryzen-7-7800x3d,-gigabyte-b650-gaming-x-ax-v2,-gskill-flare-x5-series-32gb-ddr5-6000-kit,-computer-build-bundle and you can put it in one of @TatamiMatt’s builds if you need a monitor

I mean, you could. wouldn't really make much of a difference. as long as you get the parts you should be fine. the prices may slightly vary though.

Yup. thats a good deal on the bundle. and its a good way to make room for the monitor. the monitor looks good to me too. 1440p and a good refresh rate of 180 hz.

you''d be paying a lot less for mobo and ram. You'd basically only be paying for CPu and ram and then get a free mobo (technically)

yes, it's got some of the best airflow on the market and it's better build quality

yes, it even supports HDR 400 (though that'll be pretty useless, but still, the brightness is higher than the acer's 250 for the same price)

thx

I also gave you a 7900 XT which is quite a better GPU with more vram

I think that the 240 hz one would be the best because I dont want the hz to hold back the fps potential

If you think so then sure, is 1tb of storage ok for you?

Yeah Im thinking of streaming and video editing and getting a few more games like helldivers and COD and six siege but nothing too big so for now 1tb is perfect.

What's the FPS difference between the 7800xt and the 7900xt because if I get a 7800xt it runs many games well and I would have some more money for a UW 240hz 1440p monitor. But by all means please tell me if you think that the 7900xt is better i'm just suggesting.
