ping in minecraft suddenly "switched regions"

basically im from the west side of the usa and i play west servers at like 20 ms usually and on east servers its 90 ms but suddenly it switched i havent moved locations at all and im laggier on every west servers despite them being closer compared to east servers...? 


west.uspvp.org is a west one and pvplegacy is east, but when i log on west i get over 500 - 5000 ping and on legacy it just goes to the usual ping around 70 - 80 generally this has been going on for days
