Which card is the better deal?

Saw a 4070 pro art for $700 and a 3080ti vision lh for $750 on Facebook Marketplace. I am thinking of upgrading to 1440p but am reluctant because of the cost; i'm trying to find a unicorn deal that i won't need to swap out for a while.

Is this USD? You can buy 4070 Pro Art for $600 USD on Amazon right now. Even in EU it's around 600 EUR.

You can buy 4070 brand new for $700 CAD + tax (see bestbuy), so buying used for $700 is not really a good idea.

 

However if you must pick between these, the 3080 Ti is approx 4070 Super, so for $50 more it's worth the performance bump.

 

I would see if you can find a used 3080 for $600 or less.
