so in the last after party luke and linus talked a bit about youtube and twitch 

and luke made a comment about multi channel networks.and i belive i heard him saying that they are working under a MCN is that true?

I don't believe they're owned by anyone other than Linus, though I could be wrong.

Like I said before you will need to ask Linus, but there is going to be some information that is disclosed like the revenue ratio, how long it'll be although I think with some partnerships with YT you can leave whenever you don't feel satisfied.
