Not bad at all, where'd you find a 7800X3D for the same price as a 7700?

SSD could be cheaper but that would save around 10 euros

Case is slightly pricey, something like this would have better airflow Montech AIR 903 BASE ATX Mid Tower Case (AIR 903 BASE (B)) - PCPartPicker (903 max is 10 euros more for rgb front fans instead of single non rgb fan up front)

But if you wanna keep a fishtankPhanteks XT View ATX Mid Tower Case (PH-XT523V1-DBK01) - PCPartPicker

LInk for CPU, Motherboard, RAM, GPU and PSU?

damn bros cooking is pretty decent 🗣

but there is still room for improvement thats for sure

id look for a cheaper case, something thatll be able to run a 360mm aio, and yes assuming its not too expensive get the liquud freezer iii 360 instead otherwise you are better off with a cheap dual tower like the phantom spirit 120

psu is pretty mediocre, pricing wise looks ok ish but it only has a 7 year warranty (3 years too short) and there are complaints about fan noise for the rme so id suggest looking for alternative units with the criteria being 850w and bare minimum 10 year warranty, something like the xpg core reactor, thermaltake gf1/gf a3, deepcool pq-m, corsair rm(x), nzxt c850 (gold), gigabyte ud1000gm (below 1000w only 5 year warranty for udgm), etc.

and you may be able to get a faster 2tb dram gen4 instead of 1tb since that p5 plus looks pretty expensive for being one of the more mediocre high end gen 4 ssds, something like the gammix s70 blade, kingston kc3000/renegade, acer gm7000, adata premium, verbatim vi7000g, kingspec xg7000, silicon power xs70, msi m480/2, transcend 250s/h, hp fx900 pro, etc.

otherwise build looks good

74eur for a 240mm AIO is a bit wasteful. Either just get a tower cooler or minimum 360mm AIO's (280mm in specific cases ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)). Save the money but still valid and your call. Most important is that you know other options exist.

Otherwise it's solid and well researched.

shit just realized i forgot to mention that the 7900 gre isnt that much more so if its within 50€ of the 7800xt go for a 7900 gre instead as it performs abit better esp once youve tuned the vram

otherwise perfection
