Last week pc was running every game fine no issues until 2 days ago.

Specs:

RTX 3070

Ryzen 5 5600G

16gb of ram

Asus Prime B550-plus

Games I tested

Roblox - from 144 to 0 for a few seconds

Minecraft - 144 to 130 and back up every few seconds

Gta - from 144 to 0 every second

Beat saber - 144 to 0 every few seconds

Issue persists in all games

I've updated gpu drivers

Updated cpu drivers

Updated bios

Screenshot of all my drives and video showing issue

Bit hard to tell from the video but are you running out of ram? I can see a CPU spike causing the lag which may be your computer placing data in SWAP.

Check your device manager to see if anything is hogging all your memory.

From what i can make out in the video too, your memory looks relatively maxed out (top leftmost graph)

Are you utilising your GPU, it looks like its not running, if youre running off integrated graphics, 1 it will be slow and 2 it will eat a decent chunk of youre RAM into the bargain

From what I can tell its running off my 3070 because I see no option to swap to the integrated graphics anywhere

Is this a laptop?

If not, running off your GPU requires plugging your display cable into your GPU, could you check your output is plugged into your GPU?

It is a desktop

The display port is plugged into the gpu

I will try re seating it into another display port to see if that works
