RANDOM Lags on some games only after 2-3 mins of gaming, only for 30 sec then everything back to normal.

Hi,

 

Just build my new PC, and I have a huge frame drops 2-3 mins after launching some games.

Once the drop is passed I can continue playing without any issue for as long as I want.

I do not have any issues with games like StartCitizen or HellDivers II. I only encountered it with WarThunder or Halo The Master Chief Collection (for now).
I ran HWInfo monitoring during the drop on WarThunder, you will find the file attached to this post, you can clearly see the drops in the data...

Every driver is up to date, and I installed the lastest BIOS version available.

I think this is software related with the games im playing, but I would like someone to confirm my theory.
