Can’t boot to windows

My pc was acting slow so I restarted it with the pcs case built in restart button then I got a blue screen so I restarted it and now I’m stuck on a bios loop, it’s takes me to the bios, when exiting it takes me back to the bios and it also doesn’t detect my ssd and my graphics card on the bios, I’ve already tried switching the ssd slot and it still doesn’t pop up.

SSD is probably dead  or the OS is borked somehwo. If you can you can get another laptop or computer, and get a USB stick to boot into windows and reinstall it.
