IS my sos & cpu vddcr voltage is okay??

2nd image soc voltage 1.288(max- cine bench R 23 stress test) 

And cpu VDDIO/MC 1.376v...

is that okay????? 

 

Cpu :ryzen 7 7700

Mobo: asus tuf gaming b650 plus wifi.

Yes. SOC voltage is safe until 1.3V, and VDDIO is safe until ~1.4-1.45V (this should be set to the same value as your memory voltage in most cases). 

 

Also you want to use VDDCR_SOC to read the SOC voltage as that the CPU SOC sensor will consistently read 20-30mV higher than it actually is. That 1.288V should translate to 1.25V.

Can i manually set soc voltage 1.25v

Will doing this harm my pc/cpu/motherboard.

You can, though if you go look at the VDDCR_SOC sensor, it should be reading 1.25V because that's what it should be set to at default.
