10 Gigabit are actually 1,25 Gigabyte. (1 Byte = 8 Bit)
CrystalDiskMark is reporting in Megabyte per second, and 978 Megabyte per second are 7,824 Gigabit per second.
So the port is pretty close to maxing out.
