Portable Headphone Recommendation

Hello, first time posting here, I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for headphones, since my old pair broke. My ideal requirements are below, thanks in advance.

Portable (Folding/Easy to fit in a bag)
Affordable (Hopefully <$100, but I would still consider something a little more)
Over-ear
Good ANC (Ideally good-enough for bus rides, planes, ect.)
Bluetooth (Wired or SD card would be nice, but aren't requirements since I will mostly be using the headphones while on the go)
Ideally Good Sound Quality (however this isn't a huge priority for me since my last headphones were $20)

Hi there, generally for sub $100 you're better off with earbuds, but if you really want headphones the only lair I'd recommend is the JBL 760NC, some people like Anker products so I guess look at some of them as well, but 760NC are going to be your best tuned option.
