Hello?, Linus Tech Tips Friends ! 

 

Recently, I don't think there's enough wuxga monitors.
My computer goals are studying, office work, stock trading, and low-mid end games.

I would like to install a multi-monitor, but I don't have enough space.. Would you recommend a 24-inch wuxga monitor? 

 

The Models I've looked for.

[] DELL U2412M

 

[] HP E24i G4

[] HP Z24n G3 

 

[] ASUS PA248QV

You will not find new release monitor in this 16:10 aspect ratio.

 

Be either you like it or not, it is time to move on to XX:9 aspect ratio monitor.

There are still 16:10 monitors but the price is ridiculous considering you can get 1440p at that price even at higher refresh rate.

I mean new model, all you mentioned 9 out of 10 is old model.

 

Most was release from year 2018 to 2020, except EIZO EV2495 is the only new which release in year 2023 and EIZO is not common brand for normal consumer.

I have not looked at when they were released. There is around 40 monitors with filter for 16:10 display on that website and I just took a screenshot of what fitted on the screen. Just pointing out that there ARE still 16:10 being sold and there is enough of them to pick from.

My comment is no new one and common one.

 

You pointing out those expensive and old model most of it. So my point still valid, 16:10 is history.

Which I agreed with you, hence I pointed out it makes no sense when you can get 1440p for cheaper...

The difference between the two monitors, HP E24i G4, HP Z24n G3
Do you know? Is there a big difference, especially in terms of colors?
