Advice for a €2000-2500 Gaming build

Budget (including currency): 2000-2500 euros

Country: Netherlands

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming mostly. Games like Cyberpunk, GTAV, Fortnite, pretty much all AAA titles. Other than gaming just some browsing and simple office stuff. Maybe some editing for fun in the future but not a requirement.

Other details It's a completely new rig so I don't have any existing parts. I want to buy ASAP. Right now I have a 1440p 120hz 1ms gaming monitor but might get a 4k one in the future. Other than that I don't have the option right now to use ethernet, so WiFi is a must.

 

I've found this best buy guide on a dutch tech website and I wonder if it's any good.

I do really like that case so I would prefer to use that in any other recommended builds.

I see nothing wrong with the stuff you put in the part picker, seems very good. 7800X3D is top notch and the 7900XT will push 4k easily. You got some money left over for some nice peripherals.

Yeah but if you're buying a top end gpu might as well get it from a more reputable brand. GPU models are the same but the base clocks aren't, the cooling solutions aren't and the build quality also isn't...

I agree, I used to have a zotac GTX 1070, it was always hitting the thermal limit even while using an aggressive fan curve. I have a Asus dual 4070 super oc now, have adjusted the fan curve and the card stays really cool. Have it in an MATX case with not a lot of airflow.

powercolour is a big brand. Comparable to the big boys of AMD, XFX and Sapphire.

doesn't matter, it's the same GPU. you can change boost clocks. Even if the base clocks are higher, those are less important
